Object of wood linked by cross dowel and threaded insert. Improved rigidity due to load distribution and reduced bolt-hole clearance

Aluminum profiles:

 

Plastic object with tapped M10 fixing point, Al-profile with slide nut (M6), connector and threaded pin

Plastic object connected. The connection is very stable due to the fact that clamping forces are created between nut and profile and also between the plastic object and the profile. By relaxing the tension the object can rotate and slide.

Connecting profiles, profile 1 with central insert (M6). Profile 2 with tapped hole (M10), with connector and threaded bolt inserted.
